including but not limited to sand, gravel, coal, clay and scorio, in and under and that
may be produced form the land conveyed within.
Location: From Bismarck, travel E on I-94 for approx. 30 miles to Exit 190. Turn
north on black top highway and travel to end of pavement, and continue 2 miles N on good
gravel road to 138th Ave. NE at the curve. Turn E on gravel road and travel 2 miles. Turn
N at the Prairie Rose Realty sign at the section line. Travel north for 1 mile to the SW
corner of the property.
- or - when you turned east off the main road, travel only 1 mile, then turn N and travel
2 miles around curve to the east. Travel E 1 mile. Turn south on prairie trail or section
