    This home has been completely updated within the last 10 years. Seller says the complete living space is approximately 3,000 sq. ft. There are hardwood floors and neutral carpets in the original part of the home. This includes the living room that is 17'X11.5' with neutral carpet over hardwood.

The 110 gallon hot water heater is just 2 years old, and a water softener is included. The home is heated by dual heat with propane forced air furnace with off-peak electric heat on the main level. The 1,000 gallon propane tank is included. It is cooled by central air conditioning.
    The well has good water and is about 50-60 ft. deep with a jet pump and pressure tank that is only about 1 year old. Sewer is septic.

Outbuildings:
    60'X120' Machine Shed with 20'X120' Lean-to. 14' side wall w/ 14'X40' bi-fold door, 24' slide door on north end, and 12'X12' door on lean-to. Dirt floor and electric.
    30'X60' Barn w/12'X12' door, 200 amp/220V. This was an old milk barn w/concrete floors. There is still concrete on the sides, but dirt was hauled in for the middle and it is used for machine storage.
