Well is housed in utility room on lower level of home. Septic system has septic tank which drains
above ground. Shingles on home are worn and should be replaced, but Seller says they don't leak. Windows are original
as is the siding on the home. Basement is of concrete block construction.

Location: From Washburn travel east 14.4 miles on County Road 22 to County Road 29. Turn north and
