    This beautiful home has only had two owners in it's lifetime and is now available for a third. Built in the early 1900's in all its grandeur on 4 corner lots, it has 1,912 sq. ft. on the main level with a 484 sq. ft. enclosed heated sun porch. The sun porch has paned glass windows on the north and east side, and oak hardwood flooring. The porch runs the entire length of the east side of the home divided by a paned glass door and wall leading to the Piano Room.

The oak hardwood flooring is in exceptional condition and extends through the foyer into the formal Dining Room.
    The formal Dining Room is on the north side with pecan wainscot topped with a plate ledge, enhanced by pecan crown molding on 10 ft. ceilings and the original crystal chandelier. Period window coverings over a large north window and a second large window overlooking the sun porch. A heavy wood swinging door leads to the kitchen.
    The sunny kitchen has plaster walls with 2 large windows in the eating area and a third over the sink. The 10 ft. ceilings have 2 ceiling fans.     Against the east wall there is a long storage room. There is electric, water and sewer access and room for a full bath to be added if needed.

    The basement has a long stairway leading to a large finished recreation room. There are 4 rooms off the rec room. On the north side there is a furnace room and a large laundry room that includes a shower and sink. On the south side there is a canning room and a cistern room that has the old original concrete cistern. There is also an exterior walk-out door off the rec room that leads to the back yard.

    This home has steel siding and soffits, and new shingles. It is heated with '91 natural gas hot water radiator heat. It is cooled by two newer ductless air conditioner units. One on the main level and one on the second level. It has city water, sewer and garbage pickup. The yard is beautifully landscaped with huge evergreens and lots of perennial flowers.
